Terms for Purchase and Delivery for the Online Store

These terms apply to purchases in the Sweden by Bike online shop. Your seller is Sweden by Bike AB, company registration number 559016-0668, Centralplan 3, 111 20 Stockholm, Sweden. The terms cover physical goods and digital products. Our membership terms.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK). Displayed prices include applicable VAT. Shipping and the order total are shown in the cart and checkout once you have entered the delivery country, before you complete your purchase.

You can pay using the payment methods shown at checkout, such as Swish, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Available methods depend on your device, country and type of purchase. Payments are handled through Swish and Stripe.

Orders and order confirmation

After you place your order, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you provided. Check the products, sizes, contact details and delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if anything needs correcting.

If an item is out of stock with the supplier or delivery is delayed, we will contact you with information about your order and the available options. We will not substitute another product without agreeing this with you first.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery within Sweden

The shipping prices below include VAT and apply per order.

If you order both small items and standard parcels, the total shipping charge within Sweden is SEK 79. There is no additional shipping charge because items are dispatched from different warehouses. An item with shipping included does not make the other items in your order eligible for free shipping.

There is no automatic free shipping above an order-value threshold. A valid discount code or membership benefit offering free shipping within Sweden is applied at checkout.

Normal delivery within Sweden takes 1–3 working days, but may sometimes take around a week depending on the supplier and postal service. If a different delivery time is stated on the product page, that information applies. Delivery times are estimates. Contact us if you need an item by a particular date.

Delivery to the rest of the EU

We deliver physical goods to addresses within the EU. Delivery to Norway, the United Kingdom, the USA and other countries outside the EU is not currently available. You can use a billing address outside the EU and specify a delivery address within the EU.

Prices include VAT. Shipping may cost more for larger quantities, heavier or bulky items and orders with multiple senders. You always see the combined shipping charge in the cart and checkout before payment. A separate shipping charge applies to charging cabinets delivered to the rest of the EU.

Free-shipping codes and membership benefits offering free shipping apply only within Sweden. Normal delivery to the rest of the EU takes around 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination, supplier and local postal service. A specific delivery time on the product page takes precedence over this general estimate.

Items from our partners

Some items are dispatched directly by our partners, so a different company name may appear as the sender on your parcel. If you order several products, they may arrive in separate shipments at different times. Your seller is always Sweden by Bike. Contact us with questions about delivery, returns or faulty items.

Memberships and other digital products

Memberships and other digital products with no physical delivery can be purchased worldwide with no shipping charge. Digital content becomes available as described for each product once payment has been confirmed and any required membership access is active.

If your order also contains physical goods, their delivery address must be within the EU. Digital products do not add any shipping charge.

Return Policy

As a consumer, under the Act (2005:59) on Distance Contracts and Contracts Concluded Outside Business Premises, you generally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the item. If multiple items in the same order are delivered separately, the period begins on the day you received the last item.

Please notify us within the cancellation period that you wish to cancel your purchase. Feel free to use Withdraw from a purchase, which can also be found in the footer of the website. You do not need to log in or provide a reason. Enter your name, email address, and order number; select the entire order or specify which items you wish to return; and then confirm your message.

You will receive a confirmation of receipt without delay at the email address you provided in the form, including your information and the time of receipt. The acknowledgment of receipt confirms that your message has been received; it does not mean that we have reviewed your eligibility for a refund. Returns and any refunds will then be processed manually.

If you do not have an order number, please provide other information that will allow us to identify the purchase. Please also contact us if you wish to supplement a previous notice of cancellation.

Return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us that you wish to withdraw. You pay the direct cost of return shipping. The return address is:

Include your order number with the return. Please contact us before returning large or bulky items so we can help with practical instructions. Approval is not required to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

You may inspect the item to establish its characteristics and function. If you handle it more than necessary, you may be liable for any resulting loss in value.

We will issue a refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of cancellation. We may wait until we have received the item back or until you have provided proof that it has been returned. If you cancel the entire purchase, we will also refund the cost of our cheapest standard shipping; any additional cost for a more expensive shipping method will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless we expressly agree otherwise, and at no cost to you.

Withdrawal for digital products

As a consumer, you normally have 14 days from entering the contract to withdraw from a membership or digital service. For digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal can end only if the legal requirements are met, including your express consent to delivery starting and your acknowledgement that this ends your right of withdrawal. Payment alone does not automatically remove that right. Contact us if you wish to withdraw from a digital purchase.

Faulty items and transport damage

If an item is faulty or damaged, or you have received the wrong product, contact info@swedenbybike.com. Include your order number and a description of the problem. Photos are welcome if they help explain the fault. Contact Sweden by Bike even if the parcel was dispatched by a partner.

As a consumer, you can complain about an original defect in goods for three years after receiving them. Notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the fault; a complaint within two months is always considered timely. For a valid complaint, we cover necessary shipping costs. Contact us for return instructions before sending a faulty item back.

Personal data and privacy

We process the personal data needed to handle your purchase, payment, delivery and customer service, and to meet legal obligations. Details needed for delivery may be shared with the partner dispatching the item and with the carrier. Read our privacy policy.
