Helsingborg's main symbol is the square brick tower "Kärnan", built in the 14th century for the city's defense. From here you have a magnificent view of the Öresund.
The popular Fredriksdal open-air museum with its Renaissance-inspired kitchen garden and romantic English park is well worth a visit. So is the Dunkers cultural center. South of Helsingborg is Ramlösa brunn. People came here three hundred years ago to drink healthy water - up to eight liters a day!
You stay at the historic Elite Hotel Mollberg in the heart of the city. You can enjoy gourmet food at the At Mollberg restaurant. The Bishop's Arms serves beer, whisky and snacks in an English setting.

Fantastic accommodations! The route was worth every pedal stroke. We did not understand the app for the route, would have been better with a regular map with highlights marked. You would also need an extra day to explore the nature area and caves if you cycle up to Kullens fyr and then down to Arilds Vingård
