Regarding data protection at Sweden by Bike
As a customer or supplier to Sweden by Bike, you should feel secure when you submit your personal information to us. To that end, we are constantly working on various security measures to protect the personal data for which we are responsible. Account and Sign-In with Facebook, Google, or Apple
Sweden by Bike AB, corporate ID number 559016-0668, is the data controller for the information we process regarding your Sweden by Bike account.
You can sign in with Facebook, Google, or Apple in the app. When you choose one of these options, we receive an identifier from the sign-in provider, as well as the information that the provider makes available, such as your name and email address. We also process technical login data, such as tokens, to verify your login.
If you use Apple's feature to hide your email address, we'll receive a relay address from Apple instead of your regular email address.
We use this information to identify you, create or locate your Sweden by Bike account, and give you access to the account’s features. The provider’s identifier is linked to your account, and your name may be used as your display name. We do not have access to your password on Facebook, Google, or Apple.
Storage and Suppliers
Account information is stored in Sweden by Bikes’ user system. We use Oderland Webbhotell AB as our web hosting and storage provider. Oderland processes the data on our behalf as a data processor.
We process account information for as long as it is necessary to provide your account and its features. Information that needs to be retained for other purposes, such as accounting, is subject to the retention periods described in our full privacy policy.
Delete account and data
You can delete your Sweden by Bike account through the account settings on the website or in the app. When you delete your account, the links to Facebook, Google, and Apple will be removed, and your personal information will be deleted or anonymized. Your access to the account and its app and membership features will be terminated.
Certain information—such as details regarding purchases, payments, and reservations—may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations or to address legal claims.
You can also request that your account or the information we have received from Facebook, Google, or Apple be deleted by contacting info@swedenbybike.com. Please specify whether your request concerns your Sweden by Bike account or your login via Facebook, Google, or Apple. We may need to verify your identity to ensure that we are processing the correct person's information.
