The Pligrim MTB trail (trail no. 50) was created at the request of Lofsdalen's local cycling enthusiasts. A historic cycle along the Romboleden pilgrimage trail, past a beautiful mountain pasture with an outstanding mountain climb along velodromes up to the bare mountain. The trail can be cycled in both directions - and each direction offers its own character.
In one direction follow Lofssjön and continue up the gravel road to Rutvallen. After that, old-growth forest, natural paths with roots and stones, and a steep mountain climb where the bike sometimes has to be led await you. The reward: sweeping views and fun, technical downhill skiing that ends in the flow trail towards Västvallen.
In the other direction you start on Stenrutsleden MTB, with the possibility of also taking a detour on Vildmarksleden. At Våffelstugan, signs lead you further uphill with the help of velodrome curves. From the top, a playful path awaits you down to Rutvallen and then an easy gravel road to Västvallen.
Please note that the trail is shared with hikers. Be considerate when cycling.
