Lilla Luringen & Rock n Roll is a blue bike trail that takes you through Fjällparken MTB. There are two starts, either at the disembarkation of the Lången lift or from the whisky road - (the gravel road that goes through Fjällparken MTB).
A blue trail has no jumps or drops but it is tougher uphill than the green trail and has several flowing turns downhill. Always cycle calmly once to learn the curves before you take more speed the second lap.
A tip is to go down Fjälleden when you get to the Lången lift. Fjälleden is a green trail that is great for cycling with all bikes. Then you come down to Lofsdalen village and can have lunch at some of our restaurants. Then you can take the Lången lift back again.
