An easy track without technical parts. Perfect for beginners! Karlbergsskogen offers varied nature, mostly large and small deciduous trees but also spruce. A relatively easy track with some technical parts. Skoftestaspåret is technically difficult, the paths are specially made with velodrome and drops nicely framed by mixed forest, meadow land and the ancient monument Skoftesta skans.
