From Brunnsta you follow the road back about 2 km before the trail continues east on wide and nice country roads. In Bålsta, the cycle path goes through residential areas, and at the shopping center you will find the statue of Stig-Helmer Olsson - the well-known film character from The social trip. Just outside the city center, Åberg's museum is located in an old barn from the 19th century. The museum is suitable for both children and adults with series-inspired art and one of the world's foremost collections of antique Disney objects.

The signposted route continues up via Håbo-Tibble, but as the road there is heavily trafficked, an alternative route past Thoresta Manor, Hammartorp and Bro Hof Slott Golf Club is recommended, before joining Brostråket towards Kungsängen. Here, gravel and asphalt roads are mixed.

At Gröna udden in Kungsängen there is a nice recreation area - perfect for a break. Along the cycle path further on there are several rest areas and bathing facilities, but pay attention as the signage is poor in some places. From Bolinder, an alternative route closer to the lake is again suggested, along a pleasant cycle path and shorter trails, instead of the signposted trail.

Finally, you'll reach Görväln Castle, where you can stay overnight and eat. The surroundings are beautiful, with a sculpture park, views of the water and a hiking trail along the beach - a worthy end to today's stage. Approx 65% asphalt, 35% gravel.
