The route on your phone
Become a member to use the route with your phone. You can use the app, or open the GPX file in another map app or GPS device.
This cycling route has undergone a special certification by the Swedish Transport Agency, which certifies that the path is of high quality, has clear signage and is safe for traffic. There is also a wide range of experiences and services along the trail.
From Floda, the Ljungleden trail continues through forests, lakes and small communities towards Alingsås. You cycle on quiet roads and cycle paths, with Lake Mjörn and Säveån as recurring features along the way. Take the opportunity to take a dip at Mjörnvallen or enjoy the view of Nolhagaviken nature reserve before rolling into Alingsås.
In ”The Capital of Fika”, charming wooden houses, cobbled streets and a wide range of cafés await. A perfect place to end the day with a well-deserved coffee and a good night's sleep.
