Today's stage is short and easy. The terrain is flat and there are few hills to climb. The trail goes along quiet small roads through fields and meadows.

The destination for the day is Arboga, one of Sweden's oldest cities dating back to the 13th century. There is a rich history to discover here. Stroll through the picturesque cobbled streets lined with wooden houses with a medieval atmosphere. A cozy stop is Café Två Skator, located in an old house with a charming courtyard. In Sankta Karin's herb garden you can experience a miniature of a medieval monastery garden.

The Arbogaån river meanders through the town, creating an idyllic setting with old bridges, parks and green areas along the water. There are also several swimming spots. For those interested in technology, the Robot Museum is an exciting destination - the museum displays the Swedish defense's robot systems from the late 1940s to the early 2000s. Accommodation is available at Arboga Stadshotell and Räntmästaregården, centrally located within walking distance of the city's attractions.
