The route on your phone

Today you cycle through small, idyllic villages with several places where you can take a break and enjoy the tranquility of the river. The area is known for its rich wildlife, and it is not unusual to see birds, moose or reindeer along the way. After 40 km, as you approach Åmsele, the landscape opens up slightly with a mix of forests and agricultural areas.
Continuing south for another 45 km, you will reach Vindeln. It is a small pleasant town with hotels, eateries, a shop and a nice restaurant by the Vindel River. The Vindel River is known for its clear water and salmon fishing, which provides a beautiful backdrop for much of the stage.
