This cycling route has undergone a special certification by the Swedish Transport Agency, which certifies that the path is of high quality, has clear signage and is safe for traffic. There is also a wide range of experiences and services along the trail.
Between Vårgårda and Herrljunga you cycle through the open Västgötland plains where fields, farms and small villages alternate. Quiet gravel roads and smaller country roads offer easy cycling terrain and extensive views of the rolling agricultural landscape.
Along the way you pass churches, farm environments and traces of the area's long agricultural history. The stage ends in Herrljunga with restaurants, services and good train connections.
