You cycle along the northern side of Lake Ragnaren on a wide and hilly gravel road. Then you pass Övre Hävla Bruk. Do not miss the glassworks Reijmyre with shop and restaurants. It is one of Sweden's oldest companies that is still in operation.
After Rejmyre you pass the Tisnare Canal on the border between Södermanland and Östegötland. The destination for this stage is Strångsjö, where you can have a bite to eat.
