At the old school in Hjulsjö you will find parking, parking spaces, changing rooms and bike washing. There is also a summer café and a technical track to warm up before heading out. The trail starts with a short climb on the lighted track followed by a lovely downhill run, before the paths become faster and more open.
Mullåsen offers fast-paced cycling on dry, winding paths between the pines. The area is rich in old graves, and according to legend, a Danish commander is buried here after a battle in the Middle Ages. Cycling here is both fun and historically charged.
Ore was smelted into pig iron here from the 17th century until 1919. Today the place is buzzing with new life with a book flea market, café and several other businesses. A short but steep climb awaits afterwards, before the trail offers a quick descent leading back to the embankment.
The old Bredsjö-Degerfors Railway from 1894 forms a nice end to the trail. Here you get easy cycling gravel with railway history all around. The embankment leads you all the way back to Hjulsjö and the chip-covered church that marks the finish.
