This is a cycling tour in a living landscape with strong links to history. Silver treasures, Bronze Age and Viking graves have been found here, an old-fashioned inn has been located here and, not least, the sea and shipping have always characterized the area. Boat-building traditions stretch far back in time.

You cycle on asphalt roads that wind past meadows, forests, lakes and all the time you are near the sea. It is a varied, cultivated landscape with a significant element of deciduous forest. The occasional uphill, but on the whole cycling for almost all ages.
