The Albert Engström Trail takes you through the Småland Highlands, where nature and culture meet in a landscape characterized by both stubbornness and beauty. Here you cycle through hilly terrain on asphalt and gravel, with views of beech forest, troll forest and a small-scale agricultural landscape.

Along the trail you will pass cairns and stone walls reminiscent of centuries of hard work on poor soils. It is a journey where history meets the tranquility of nature.

A highlight is Skurugata, a strange rock crevice often described as southern Sweden's most peculiar natural phenomenon. The mysterious place has given rise to legends of trolls and robbers, and a walk between the high rock walls is an experience you should not miss during the bike ride.
