A Sweden in miniature. So called Prince Eugen Dalsland. The great artist of royal burden had a look for the beautiful and the special. Although not so large, the nature of the landscape is varied with heights, valleys, fresh air, streams and forests. At Ragnerud Lake near the nature reserve Kroppefjäll in southern Dalsland lies Ragnerud with accommodation and camping. The view of the lake is adorable and the location is perfect for those who enjoy cycling and want to get down in laps.
Do you live in fresh cabins that are either at the seaside or quiet in the woods. The cabins have four to eight beds and in the larger cabins (Sjödammen, Grillstugan, Smultron stand) there is everything a self-catering needs. You who come via the Dalslandsleden or Sweden route and make a stop at Ragnerud need not feel idle. You can bet on wind down with yoga or canoeing, fishing, cycling in the area, hike, volleyball and so on. There are plenty to choose from. Even showering for the dog.
In the area there is also a restaurant that is open in the evening week 27-32 Wednesday-Saturday. Sundays v 27-32 brunch 11-15. Here, well-cooked home cooking is served with a local touch and ingredients from Dalsland and western Sweden. If you go to Högsäter, you will find Interiör, which is a shop with furnishings and food from the area, among other things.
