At Långasjö Hostel you live in the middle of the small village of Långasjö, close to cycling and hiking trails. The hostel is run by Sissi who welcomes you to a warm and personal atmosphere. There are cozy rooms, breakfast room and café, and at the reception you can rent bikes.
The hostel is located in renovated church stables dating back to the mid-19th century. From the outside, the buildings look as they did more than 100 years ago, when villagers stabled their horses here while celebrating mass in the church. The rooms retain the old village names, which used to indicate where the horses were kept.
In the 60 meter long main building you can stay in single or double rooms, all rooms have windows facing the green area at the back. You can also book Brygghuset or Guldgrävarstugan for larger groups. Lake Långasjön is only 100 meters from the hostel, for those who want to take an evening dip. There is a nice beach, a small playground and several barbecue areas,
