Finspång is the largest town along the route with all possible services. The first 15 km from Finspång are the most easily cycled along the entire tour. Do not miss the beautiful castle park at Finspång Castle.

You pass old mill communities such as Borggård, Grytgöl and Igelfors. Igelfors has a grocery store. The church village of Regna is idyllically located by Lake Regnaren.
