This cycling route has undergone a special certification by the Swedish Transport Agency, which certifies that the path is of high quality, has clear signage and is safe for traffic. There is also a wide range of experiences and services along the trail.
After crossing the municipal border to Färgelanda, Lelångenledenleden follows the main road for a few kilometers before turning onto small gravel roads that lead you towards the sea and Uddevalla.
Soon you will reach Bjursjön's outdoor area - a popular excursion destination with a swimming area, sauna, exercise trails, MTB trails, outdoor gym and toilets. Here nature and activity meet in a pleasant environment, perfect for a break. From Bjursjön you cycle along the old embankment all the way to Uddevalla center, where the trail ends. In town there are plenty of restaurants, accommodation and shops to round off the trip in a comfortable way. 65% asphalt, 35% gravel.
