Prices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Through this website you can order and pay for goods such as bicycle cards and gift cards. Upon successful purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. We ask that you check that all information in the order confirmation is correct. Contact us immediately if you find any errors in your order. As the order confirmation is sent out automatically without manual review, we reserve the right to cancel obviously incorrect orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Each product in the online store is stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT and shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment is handled using Swish and Stripe. Supported payment methods are via Swish<\/strong> or Immediately<\/strong> card payments<\/strong> (MasterCard and VISA) or via Apple Pay <\/strong>or Google Pay<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping and delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Domestic<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The price of shipping for orders with a total of less than SEK 600 is SEK 31 excluding VAT. For orders with a total amount over 600 SEK, shipping is free. Delivery time within Sweden is normally 1-3 working days, but can in some cases be up to about a week depending on the postal service and that delivery does not take place daily in all areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cost of international shipping is based on weight. See table below. Prices are stated excluding VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery time outside Sweden is normally around one week, but can sometimes be around two weeks depending on the destination and local postal and customs clearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

According to the Distance and Home Sales Act (2005: 59), you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must, within the withdrawal period, announce that you wish to cancel your purchase. You do this by contacting us via email info@swedenbybike.com<\/a> or telephone 08-640 96 56<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any returns are sent to Sweden by Bike AB, Centralplan 3, 111 20 Stockholm. Label the envelope with Return to the Webshop<\/em>. The goods must be in complete and unused condition. Costs for return shipping are not reimbursed. Within 30 days of your return being received and approved, a refund will be made to the bank account specified by you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you as a customer make a purchase, you agree that your information will be saved, in order to process your order, execute the purchase, facilitate future purchases and send out offers from Sweden by Bike. You may withdraw your consent at any time to receive offers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The personal data you provide is stored and processed at Sweden by Bike AB in accordance with what is stipulated in the Personal Data Act (PUL). We thus do not store the data longer than is necessary. We will not use personal data for sale to third parties or the like without your consent.
