It has exceeded our expectations. We now hope that others will be inspired, and we welcome you to visit us.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the study visit, we\u2019ll discuss our efforts to build a physical store that complements our digital visitor information, and how we\u2019ve brought together multiple functions under one roof. We\u2019ll share the lessons we\u2019ve learned\u2014for example, how we\u2019ve continuously adapted our product range, offerings, and, not least, pricing. From the initial idea and launch to solutions we\u2019ve seen work in practice and the challenges we\u2019ve faced along the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We'll explain how we've been working on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>develop a hub for visitors right in the heart of the city center<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>combine services such as bike rentals, luggage storage, and bookable experiences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>create your own excursion maps and guides that inspire more visits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>present local guided tours and activities through a combination of analog and digital solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>create partnerships in which many small players can collectively gain greater visibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>develop a complementary range of seasonal outdoor products and everyday items that create added value for visitors and strengthen the business\u2019s business model<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through an inspiring study visit to picturesque Norrt\u00e4lje, you\u2019ll learn about the big picture\u2014how we\u2019ve combined services, products, and partnerships to create a financially sustainable business while also providing greater value to visitors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study visit includes lunch at \u00c5tellet and time for questions, discussion, and sharing experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Field trips starting at 9,500 SEK, excluding VAT.<\/strong><br>The price depends on the group size and the desired format.
