In the eastern part of Södermanland there are islands and archipelago in the east, agricultural landscapes, lakes, ancient remains and the castles typical of the landscape. On this leaf of the bicycle map are Södertälje and Nyköping. The bike trails are many, as are the excursion destinations. You can control the journey towards Tullgarn's castle outside Vagnhärad or Nyköpingshus where the famous guest banquet took place in the 1300s. Flen and Malmköping in the east, Gnesta and Järna south of Södertälje in the northwest can be found on the map that shows the northern part of the area. On the southern part of the cycle map are Nyköping, Oxelösund and you also see Kolmården and the eastern areas along Bråviken. Also included on the map page is a separate map of the Näckros Trail.
