In rural Gnestabygden in Södermanland, the air is fresh and there are plenty of sights for you to take you through the neighborhood by bicycle. Krampan's farm is beautifully located in the Marvikarnas nature reserve. The farm is an old iron mill dating back to the 17th century. Today you who want to stop and enjoy the atmosphere of the place can sleep over at Krampan's accommodation.

Nearby are beautiful pastures, hills and the Kvarnbäcken watercourse. It is also close to the Marvikarna with fine canoeing opportunities and the hiking trail Sörmlandsleden and the cycling trail Näckrosleden. The Marviks in turn have a connection with Lake Mälaren. Another fascinating attraction that is close by is Skottvång's mine with old-fashioned iron mining environments and an impressive so-called lava tower over the water-filled mining hole.

The accommodation is affordable and simple and is mainly aimed at hikers, cyclists and canoeists. You can choose to rent your own, fully equipped farmhouse with 4-6 beds or a simpler version in the “barn” with 12-14 beds. There is a total room for 20 people. Breakfast and bed linen are included in the price and it is possible to buy for cleaning. There is also a kitchenette for those who want to cook themselves as well as living rooms where several people can sit and eat. Here you can rent bicycles and rowing boats.
