Söderåsen is a pompous mountainhorse that prides itself on Skåne's highest point 212 meters above sea level. At the southern slope of Söderåsen in the town of Kågeröd lies charming Kågeröds Inn Three Stars. The name is inspired by the famous 16th century astronomer Tycho Brahe who was born nearby. Cyclists can live there with gold on their lives and lots of experiences.

In Skåne, it is close to most things and Kågeröd is no exception. The sandy beaches in this part of Skåne are famous, they are classic cycling areas, anyone who likes golf finds nice courses nearby and you can take a horse ride. The nature experiences are also rich in the area. Söderåsen is a national park with fascinating canyons and beautiful beech forests. According to the story, it was Giant Alle who created Söderåsen when he wanted to go to Denmark.

Tycho Brahe was born in 1546 at Knutstorp castle in Kågeröds parish. At that time, Skåne belonged to Denmark. His greatest achievement as an astronomer was that he succeeded in observing a supernova. On the personal level, he is probably best known for his silver nose, which in recent investigations proved to be made of brass.

Kågeröds Värdshus Three Stars offers great opportunities for relaxation after today's bike ride. There is a cozy living room and an outdoor spa where you can enjoy well deserved rest in the evening. Of course, since it is about Skåne, there is a good restaurant. The cooking is largely based on local and organic ingredients. The accommodation is also comfortable and nice, either in the inn or in separate cottages.
