When you are done with today's cycling in the area at Järva Krog and want to stay bike friendly, Best Western Stockholm Järva is an excellent alternative. Here you stay comfortable and affordable with access to the bar with a la carte menu.

There are great cycling opportunities near the hotel. For example, Ulriksdal is the starting point for the Järva cycle route, whose main stretch covers 70 kilometers. It passes through Sigtuna, Upplands Väsby, Sollentuna, Järfälla, Stockholm, Sundbyberg and Solna.

In the Royal National City Park there is Ulriksdal Castle from the 17th century with a beautiful castle park where Igelbäcken runs. A great place to visit, but pay attention to where you can ride a bike in the park. One of those who gladly visited Ulriksdal Castle during its heyday was Queen Kristina. In fact, the great bald Bellman (1740-1795) is still nearby, at least as a statue. It can be admired at the Kräftriket near Brunnsviken. The name Kräftriket comes from the Inn Torpet served crayfish that were caught in the nearby water. Today, Stockholm University is in the area.
