Experience Östergötland's magical nature with an electric bike! This bike package is suitable for you who want to experience new places and sights along the way. Here, a four-day bike ride awaits you with many nice stops along the way.

You will pass beautiful lakes such as Sörsjön, get into the Kolmården forests with the ferry over to Vikbolandet and further past Mauritzberg Castle. The sea looks ahead as you approach Arkösund. Then it carries off to Söderköping along the sea and through the fertile landscape, past farms and a bit along the Göta Canal. Electric bike with extra strong battery or hybrid bike (optional) is included in the price and side bags for packing / coffee.

Day 1 - Through the Svärtingeskogarna to Kolmården

You start in central Norrköping and here you also get your bike. Then you cycle through Norrköping and towards Svärtingeskogarna. The nature is beautiful and you will, among other things, pass Sörsjön, Ågelsjön and Getsjötorp before you come to Åby, a nice little town with lunch opportunities. Then it is only 15 km left to Krokek where overnight stays await at Kolmården's hostel.

Day 2 - Mauritzberg Castle and wonderful Arkösund

After breakfast, cycle through Kolmården and past Kolmården Zoo. Maybe you'll stay there for a while? You continue cycling on fine gravel and asphalt roads towards the ferry that takes you over to Vikbolandet. A tip is to have lunch at Mauritzberg Castle. The surroundings are magically beautiful! Then you pass farms in the fertile landscape. Do not miss to take a break at Sänkdalen's ice cream! Your destination for the day is Arkösund, and here you will spend the night at STF Arkösund's hostel. Arkösund is a real gem with a genuine archipelago environment and many good restaurants. This day it is possible to book a paddle with a guide via Arkö kayak. Absolutely fantastic to get out a bit in the archipelago!

Day 3 - Stegeborg castle ruins, Söderköping and Göta canal

After breakfast, it's time for cycling on nice small asphalt roads towards today's goal which is Söderköping. The tour goes through the rural landscape and you cycle among farms, meadows and past small lakes. After about 25 km you will see magnificent Stegeborg rising over Lake Slätbaken. You can take the ferry over to visit Stegeborg's castle ruins before continuing the tour towards Mem locks, Å ödekyrka and further along the Göta canal. Once in Söderköping, check in at Söderköpings Brunn, an elegant hotel with SPA and restaurant where a 3-course dinner awaits. You have free admission to the SPA department.

Day 4 - Back to Norrköping

After a wonderful breakfast at the hotel, cycling awaits on small, beautiful gravel roads back to Norrköping. Take the opportunity to visit Sweden's most famous ice cream place - Smultronstället before you leave Söderköping.
