We spent some nice days in Gimdalen with Marika and Simon as host couple with their son Elliot. Delicious food, sometimes with South African dishes, sometimes cooked over an open fire in the woods or on a beach, was an important part of our stay. Every morning we cycled and took a morning dip by a beautiful beach and then cycled home for breakfast in the garden. And our cycling excursions were very nice and reasonably demanding. Yes, everything was so good - not least the exciting conversations about Africa we had with our host couple. We will certainly return to Gimdalen!
