Finspång is the largest town along the route with all possible services. The first 15 km from Finspång are the most easily cycled along the entire tour. Do not miss the beautiful castle park at Finspång Castle.
You pass old mill communities such as Borggård, Grytgöl and Igelfors. Igelfors has a grocery store. The church village of Regna is idyllically located by Lake Regnaren.
The narrow gauge railway was opened in 1886 and the embankment is very easy to cycle, especially the 13 km between Finspång and Borggård. Exciting to cycle through the old railway tunnel.
The swimming area at Älgsjön provides a cool break on a hot cycling day. The lake warms up quickly thanks to its very shallow water.
