The four rooms at Lustigsgårdens B&B are beautifully and brightly decorated. It offers a room with a balcony and a functional and pleasant family room. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower / WC and private TV. In the summertime you can enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding garden and one of Siljan's fine sandy beaches with associated playground is just 1.5 km from Lustigsgården. Rättviks GK is 3.5 km away. For breakfast, a tasty buffet pops up in the dining room and depending on the season, so many of the ingredients are organic and locally produced. If you want a special diet, this can be arranged.
Challenge yourself as a mountain biker or just enjoy the stunning scenery
From Lustigsgården there are several interesting cycling routes - both for those who like to cycle on winding country roads and for those who want to cycle over logs and stones. One of the trails, about 25 km long, goes to the old limestone quarry in Dalhalla. The surrounding nature is strongly characterized by the metamorphism that happened 377 million years ago, which gives the vegetation along the trail a very beautiful and special character. Another nice ride is along the village roads along Siljan to Färnäs and Nusnäs where the valley horses are produced.
Near Rättvik, there is an area that is a real test of strength for the most dedicated mountain biker and Lustigsgården staff are happy to share their personal favorites.
In addition, Lustigsgården has its own bicycle workshop with bike wash where you can pump the tires, clean the bike and have access to various tools if needed.
