This bike tour takes you through large parts of the Kristianstad Wetland. Along the way you will pass visitor points in the biosphere reserve, attractions, farm shops and eateries.
On the north-eastern coast of Skåne, in the Trolle-Ljungby district in Kristianstad municipality, is the idyllic village of Tosteberga with immediate proximity to the sea and Skåne's only archipelago in the eye of the eye. Here is the pleasant hiding place, Bodelssons by the Sea, with an ecological focus, eight fresh rooms with sea views and a menu with a local touch. Just near Bodelssons lies the nature reserve of Tosteberga meadows, which is just as beautiful as the name suggests. Here you will find golden vibes, backsides, fieldnuts, orchid Sankt Pers keys, hawthorn and rosehip. A few kilometers away are powerful Trolle Ljungby estate dating back to the 13th century and one of the most beautiful gardens in the landscape.

After check-in, we serve a small snack, plus coffee and coffee bread, so that you get something in your stomach before the evening. You compose the dinner from spring menu and notify us by email before you arrive. If you do not want to choose, the chef is happy to do it for you. Before your 3-course dinner, we serve a small appetizer and a glass of delicious prosecco. We have no "sessions" so you can enjoy dinner in peace and quiet and maybe finish with something good for coffee. Which of course is free throughout the stay. Our swimming pool is available between 8-21 (May-Sept). Free time for hot baths in our smaller tubs is included in all bookings and is reserved when you book.

Jockes Cykel is centrally located in Åhus and the shop was started over 40 years ago. Here you can rent 7-speed city bikes.
Gummagården is an appreciated excursion destination and is suitable for both adults and children. In the farm shop you can buy goodies and here are lambs, chickens and rabbits to watch.
Hennings Rökeri and fish shop with the restaurant Dagmars Hamnkrog in connection. Here, good fish and well-cooked food is served down in the harbor in Sölvesborg. There is also a bar with various events.
In the old pig house, right in the heart of Skåne Rinkaby, is Minas Chocolate Café. Here are delicious chocolate drinks, pastries and cakes. If you have a hard time deciding - order "chocolate frosting"!
Äspets Rökeri has freshly smoked salmon, eel and other fish, depending on the season. There are also many kinds of pickled herring, and Jesper's Danish specialties. Swarmmother's digged salmon is a specialty!
Take the opportunity to visit a Swedish winery on the Scanian plain outside Åhus. During the summer you are welcome on pre-booked visits, and guided tours are booked via Gunilla Vin i Åhus AB.
In an old and beautiful stall is the farm shop with fresh ingredients that taste great and tasty. Here you will find, among other things, honey, inlays, marmalades and fun-filled decor.
